Depending on the tile and prior treatments, the cleaning process involves a combination of both machine cleaning and hand scrubbing.

Cleaning:
Complex and difficult areas are agitated manually with a brush and for really challenging heavy use areas, a mechanical rotating brush is used. The entire floor is then cleaned using our self-contained pressure cleaning systems known as the Roto-vac and Gecko floor cleaning tools.  It will extract all the built-up grime.

Rinsing:
A rinse solution is pumped through the machine during cleaning, sanitizing and balancing the pH of your floor at 7.  Our method will restore the wonderful glimmer and brilliance to your stone, tile or grout surfaces.

Why Request Sealing/Finishing?
If you add a sealant to your tile and grout clean, then the possibility of getting new staining is greatly minimized. A sealant creates a protective barrier that blocks penetration of foreign materials. (If grout is in need of colorizing, this is done instead of the sealing process). Ask for special pricing on sealing and finishing on your next tile and grout cleaning.
