Services include soil, debris & stripping of sealers, waxes & topical sealants. Sealing will ensure longevity of your stone. Polishing helps to restore old or worn out floors (especially in high traffic areas).
Depending on the specific tile and history of prior treatments, the tile and grout cleaning process involves a combination of both machine cleaning and hand scrubbing.

We'll clean and fill in any missing grout. A color matching process is used to refresh the grout’s surface to like new and provide a protective barrier; deterring mold and mildew.
The deep cleaning process involves pre spray/spotting. We then use machine agitation to loosen the soils and oils. A high powered suction from our truck mounted “steam” cleaner, along with a soft water rinse that leaves the carpet fresh and clean (no residue left behind here). Typically dry in 4-8 hours.
We use high powered UV lights to find problem areas. An enzyme and urine neutralizing treatment is used to remove the toughest odors by flushing water through the pad and backing, removing not only the unsightly stains, but the pet odors as well.
During the Leather and Upholstery cleaning process, our experienced team will remove any loose debris, and then pre-treat spots and soils. We then agitate to loosen the soils and oils, rinsing clean & protecting, if desired. Your upholstery will typically dry in an hour or 2.
